Yes. All current Personify products are digital downloads or access-based resources (for example, prompt packs, templates, or PDFs). You will not receive a physical item in the post.

After a successful payment you’ll see a confirmation page with download links, and you’ll also receive an email with the same links. If you created an account, you can usually access your files from the “My Account” or “Downloads” section as well.

For most products you get lifetime access to the current version of the files you purchased. If we release major new versions as separate products, those may be sold separately, but small updates and fixes are usually included for free.

Yes. You can use Personify prompts and templates in your own business and for client projects, as long as you are not reselling or redistributing the original files as a product on their own.

Light internal sharing with a small team is okay, for example within your own company. What isn’t allowed is uploading the files to public drives, Facebook groups, or selling them as your own digital product.

Most prompts are written so they work with both free and paid versions of ChatGPT. In some cases, we may mark a prompt as “best with Pro / GPT-4.1+” if it relies on longer context or advanced tools, and this will be mentioned in the product description.

In many cases, yes. The core idea of the prompt will still work, but you may need tiny adjustments to match each model’s style or token limits. If a product is ChatGPT-specific, we’ll mention it clearly on the product page.

Pricing is usually shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and/or US Dollars (USD), depending on the product and payment gateway. Any final currency conversion is handled by your bank or payment provider.

Yes, we try to keep our products aligned with current platforms and AI tools. Small improvements or bonus prompts may be added from time to time, and existing customers usually get these updates for free via email or account access.
